Ralph has lived in the Hudson Valley / Catskill Region for 54 years, participating in many of the resources it offers.

He is well versed in the real estate world, including building and construction requirements, supported by him being a licensed Orange County Master Electrician, also is a Certified (MRP) Military Relocation Professional, serving the needs of our Active Duty Military Personnel as they relocate from assignment to assignment.

His experience extends far beyond the real estate and the construction area, with him having held government elected and appointed positions; Town Board Supervisor, Town Board Councilman, Chairman Zoning Board of Appeals, Member Architectural Review Board, Member Human Rights Commission, and Member Board of Police Commissioners, which only touches the surface.

Ralph is a United States Veteran, serving in the US Naval Air, and continues as a member of the American Legion. His Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Political Science lends him the ability to navigate any circumstance.
